A growing Interior Design/Construction Management firm is looking for a Project Accountant/Bookkeeper to maintain all company Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables and Time Billing for high end design projects.

The ideal candidate will maintain all General ledger accounts, reconcile all business transactions and fully review all financial records. They will perform all month end and year end reconciliations and closing procedures and audit all projects on going and file as they are completed.

The ideal candidate will be very detailed and organized. Be a self starter that communicates well as a team. They should be able to work directly with vendors, contractors and clients in a professional, but friendly manner.

Including, but not limited to:
- Must have experience working in the Interior Design industry as a Bookkeeper
- Manage all Accounts Receivable and Payable accounts while creating Time Billing Invoices
- Complete all bank and credit card reconciliations monthly
- Process all project orders and coordinate with in house Project Management Team
- Must have experience working with Studio Designer and Excel to perform all job duties
- Create month end financial statements and Budget Worksheet to review with Owner and Business Manager, must be able to communicate the current health of the business and discuss any concerns that may arise
- Creating all job contracts for Design and Construction projects.
- Maintaining all business and construction insurance documents
- Processing all employee payroll and maintaining payroll reporting for Worker's Comp.
