Are you an established designer working out of your home but longing for an established Studio space of your own?

I am an established designer seeking to share my Studio space with another designer starting in January 2022. My current partner is retiring, so this opens up the opportunity to share our established space. We have about 600 SF of space on the Northshore of Chicago, complete with a Studio library, office furniture, and an office manager who is very experienced with order entry, follow-up, and tracking (her services would be optional for you).
